Not only did the cafe beside the archaeological museum remind me of a set for a thriller novel, so did the archaeological museum. They had a ceremonial entrance that nobody seemed to be using. But the back entrance in the cafe attached to it seemed to be quite active. All you had to do was walk through the Cafe Zeitsprung, and you were in the company of hundreds of white marble busts. You could sneak in their without paying admission and shoot photos all you wanted. I didn’t even see a guard. But best of all if there was to be a chase scene, the museum has placed a giant foot of the Emperor Constantine out front along the sidewalk. You could hide behind it, and the gunmen would race past you. They would never see you behind all that remains of the colossus of the ancient emperor. Just as an experiment I tried that. No one in my family could find me.
