A quaint old icity inn called Zur Post looks like something from the turn of the century about one hundred years ago. It displays antiques in the hallways and features a grand carpeted staircase. One can imagine Edwardians staying here and writing to their friends back in England and America about their travels to Trier in Germany to see the Roman ruins. The small hotel offers a restaurant open only for dinner offering late night dining until about midnight. In the morning there was a separate breakfast room. It is close to the French border in Luxembourg. You begin to see French words and dishes such as baguettes. Since it is so old there is no room for parking your car except on the other side of a busy street.
